Brackets are secured by very small screws that quickly work their way out of their holes, causing the tray to fall to the floor. The screws are extremely difficult to replace, if you can find them after they fall out.
I do not recommend this product at all. I would certainly never buy one again.

Well made but did not quite fit the Ergonomic Keyboard width size I have.

Actually a 3 3/4 stars. Does the job if you like an under the desk keyboard drawer, which I do. Opens up your desk space. I do wish that it could slide out further so that the back part of the drawer could be more accessible. But overall, does what is expected.
